Integra DTR-8.4 A/V Receiver and Tannoy Arena Speaker System:
Satellite Sensitivity: 83 dB from 500 Hz to 2 kHz Center Sensitivity: 86 dB from 500 Hz to 2 kHz This graph shows the quasi-anechoic (employing close-miking of all woofers) frequency response of the Arena satellites (purple trace), Arena subwoofer (blue trace), and Arena center channel (green trace). All passive loudspeakers were measured at a distance of 1 meter with a 2.83-volt input and scaled for display purposes. The satellite 's listening-window response (a five-point average of axial and +/–15-degree horizontal and vertical responses) measures +2.23/–2.83 decibels from 200 hertz to 10 kilohertz. The –3dB point is at 100 Hz, and the –6dB point is at 93 Hz. Impedance reaches a minimum of 6.38 ohms at 351 Hz and a phase angle of –74.87 degrees at 158 Hz. The center 's listening-window response measures +1.41/–4.02 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz. An average of axial and +/–15-degree horizontal responses measures +1.47/–4.07 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz. The –3dB point is at 137 Hz, and the –6dB point is at 128 Hz. Impedance reaches a minimum of 9.71 ohms at 16 kHz and a phase angle of –79.52 degrees at 193 Hz. The subwoofer 's close-miked response, normalized to the level at 80 Hz, indicates that the lower –3dB point is at 51 Hz and the –6dB point is at 41 Hz. The upper –3dB point is at 123 Hz with the LFE Mode switch set to On and the LFE Extension control set to Music.—MJP
